Flour

2 cups

Apple (grated)

1 large

Dates (finely chopped)

8-10

Orange juice

1 cup

Sugar

½ cup

Oil for cooking

 

 

 

 

 

 

    Make a dough with flour and other ingredients and one tablespoonful of oil. Keep for 10 minutes.

   

    Make balls and roll them out into round paranthas. Cook on a tawa with oil on both sides.

 

    Serve hot with butter.
