A dough made with wheat flour

2 cups

Carrot (grated)

2 cups

Sugar

½ cup

Cinnamon powder of pinch

 

Black Cardamom seeds

1

Oil for cooking

 

Desi ghee

2 tbsp

 

 

 

 

     Cook carrots, sugar, cardamom seeds and cinnamon powder till dry.

 

     Make balls of dough and fill with the stuffing. Roll out paranthas and cook on a tawa with oil.

 

     Put some desi ghee and serve.
